Selati AfriCycle 2008

"The Mpumalanga Provincial Government has confirmed its support for the second Selati Africycle Tour, setting off in September. The invigorating and exciting seven day road cycle stage race will wind its way through the Mpumalanga lowveld and its surrounding communities.

Tony Rominger, international cyclist, who also used to cycle the Tour de France earlier in his career says “The Africycle race is really pleasant to ride, because the pack isn’t too large and you can find all kinds of different cyclists: mountain bikers, couples, groups, very well-trained riders or people who are simply there for fun”.

Registrations are open to any caliber of rider, both local and international cyclists of all cycling performance levels including amateur riders to sub veterans and veterans of cycling. To register, register on the Africycle website www.africycle.co.za".
