WSF announces the 2008 World Rookie Fest: three 3 international events are going to be held in Europe to promote snowboarding and to give some Europe’s most talented young rider, outside the “pro system”, a chance to compete and win. Every World Rookie Fest (WRF) is reserved for riders born on January 1st 1990 and up, consists of a TTR 3Star Slope Style event and a bunch of other activities.
