Trekking, MTB'ing, Abseiling, Paddling, coasteering, navigation.The terrain is forgiving. You will travel through a mix of sugar cane, grassland, riverine bush and coastline. There will be a number of transitions and your seconds will play an important role in the race. All transitions are car friendly and no 4 x 4's are needed.
Maps will be pre-marked. Waterproof map bags are a definite requirement.
Paddle craft - any paddle craft to carry your team will be adequate. All paddling is on flat water. There are no wide open stretches of water to be paddled.
