FUSE Snowskate Company to host Snowskate Park at Winter X Games, 09

FUSE Snowskate Company brings skateboarding to the snow. And, now the Winter X Games 13, X Fest, brings the FUSE Snowskate Park presented by WARHEADS & sponsored by Guiness World Records to action sports fans.

The FUSE brand Snowskate has four skis in place of wheels on a skateboard with real skate trucks for control and true skateboard feel. With this in mind, the park will have features and obstacles similar to a modern skateboard park: drop in deck, pyramid, flat bank to step up box, down box, manual pad, picnic table, round bars, and other assorted features.

The park will be open from Thurs., Jan. 22 through Sun., Jan. 25 from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. The public is welcome to demo FUSE Snowskates free of charge. IDs and signed wavers will be required (parent or legal guardian signature required if under 18). A contest will be held for The FUSE Snowskate Amarama Fri, Jan. 23 at 3 p.m. and the FUSE Snowskate Showdown Qualifiers Sat. Jan.24 at 11 a.m. with the finals at 4:30 p.m. The event is open to all snowskaters and is free to enter. Registration will be open up to one hour before the qualifier event.
